NOTE: The easiest way for me to schedule is via liz@atwithliz.com. --------- The Personalized Workspace Audit is designed to teach you the relationship between WHAT you do and HOW you do it, so that you can approach any workspace or activity with embodied awareness and physical ease. Online or in-person (Berlin) You'll get: -An initial 60-minute consultation + a 30-minute follow-up -Supplemental Resources -Handouts to Review -10% off a 1:1 lesson or audit (you can use it yourself or gift it to a friend!)

Cancellation Policy

-1:1 sessions may be rescheduled for any reason with at least 24 hours notice. -1:1 sessions canceled within 24 hours are not subject to refunds and may only be rescheduled at my discretion, EXCEPT in cases of illness. -Lessons canceled due to illness (including COVID-19 exposure) will be rescheduled.
